PLEASE NOTE:
Public Events: All tents that are 20’x20’ or larger will require a permit from the local code officer or fire department. It shall be your responsibility to pay all associated fees.
All of Monadnock Tent & Event’s tents, one piece tops and sectional tents, have fire certifications sewn onto the fabric of the tent. If required, Monadnock Tent & Event will provide engineering drawings and wind ratings for an additional fee of $250.00.
Private Events: Private events do not require permits.

We do provide tents for long term rentals. Rentals in excess of 1 week in length will require a cleaning fee of $.50 per square foot which will be included in your invoice.

Frame Tents
Private Events: 50 gallon barrels are required for set up on pavement or cement. Additional charge of $15 per barrel will apply. Water source within 50 ft. is required.
Events on Public or Municipal Property: Cement ballasts are required for set up on pavement or cement. Additional charge of $50 per ballast will apply.

Tent Lighting:
Tent lighting can be done on the perimeter edge of all tents. Pole tents and Sailcloth tents can have additional lighting on the interior supports, which is included in our lighting packages.

Tent Heaters
Heaters are available for tents during cooler weather. Each heater comes with 1 full tank of propane. Additional propane tanks may be rented for longer events or colder weather. In order for heaters to be effective, tents must have sidewalls installed.
